Description
The LARPD Electric Eels is a summer recreational swim team in Livermore, a part of the Valley Swim League. The team is energetic and a great place for kids ages 5 to 18 to pursue swimming. Our team aims to provide a place where swimmers of all ages and skill levels feel welcome. Regular season ends on 7/15/24. For those who qualify for championships, season ends 7/22/24.
•Practices will be held at the Robert Livermore Aquatic Center (RLAC) at 4448 Loyola Ave, Livermore.
•Attendance and volunteer to a minimum of 2 meets is mandatory during the season.
•Fins and goggles are required.
•Swim assessment is required for swimmers aged 10 and under. (This will be a 25-yard swim with or without fins.)
•Assessments will occur on March 27th at 3 pm and March 30th at 9:30 am. If you miss these dates, you can schedule a swim assessment by emailing aquatics@larpd.org.
•You do not need an assessment if you have previous experience on a swim team.
Please note the required prerequisite of the ability to swim a minimum of one length of the pool - 25 yards.
