If you are registering a sibling ages 4 - 9, please use this option. Please note: One adult must register and remain onsite for each family with participating children under the age of 10. SPORTS OFFERED Ice Hockey PAYMENT OPTIONS If you are requesting a scholarship, please do not complete this form until you have submitted a scholarship application (available at nubability.org) and received a scholarship code. An installment payment plan is available: 25% deposit upon registration and two additional payments. SCHEDULE Check-in is at 9:30 am at Cornerstone CFCU Arena Saturday and Sunday.
