Immerse yourself in the world of sweet treat decoration in our engaging course, designed to unleash your inner confectionery artist! In this hands-on course, you will dive into the art of cookie, cupcake, cake pop decorating, and cake decorating without the need for baking. You’ll discover various techniques to design visually stunning and delicious creations that will impress friends and family! With the guidance of our experienced instructors, you’ll learn to master: cookie decorating with icing, sprinkles, and edible embellishments, as well as cupcake decorating with buttercream, fondant, and a variety of piping techniques, crafting cake pops and dipping them in melted chocolate or candy melts, cake decorating using buttercream icing, fondant, and other edible decorations. By the end of this course, you’ll be equipped with the skills and knowledge to create your own unique and beautiful, sweet treats for any occasion!
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Classes may be canceled if minimum enrollment is not met prior to start date. City of Lomita will notify registrants and class fees will be refunded or credited. Refund or credit requests must be received 7 business days prior to the first class/activity. Requests must include a completed Refund Request Form and your class registration confirmation. Refunds or credits to your account will be assessed a 20% administrative fee. Refund Request Forms may be picked up at Lomita Park, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. Refunds are issued via check or credit card. Only class/activity fees will be refunded. Convenience fees are nonrefundable. Refunds for payments made by check will be mailed within two to three weeks after the refund request form is submitted and approved in the form of a check. Refunds for payments made by credit card will be refunded to your credit card. Transfers, credits or refunds for medical reasons require a doctor's/health plan documentation and will be pro-rated from receipt of notification if class/activity has begun. Medical transfers, credits or refunds will not be assessed the 20% administrative fee.
