Swimmers ages 6-10. Swimmers will learn how to be comfortable going in the water and getting their faces wet. They will learn basic swim skills such as arm and leg motions, breathing skills, floating and jumping. The goal is to learn rotary breathing and basic freestyle and backstroke arm and leg movements. Please note this mini session meets for 4 consecutive days Mon-Thursday for 2 weeks for a total of 8 30 minute classes
