About This Activity
Tigers 9+ is for older beginners who are ready to fine-tune their movement, challenge themselves (just the right amount), and explore gymnastics skills in a fun, encouraging space. In each 60-minute class, gymnasts rotate through stations like bars, beam, floor, and vault — working on things like roundoffs, back hip circles, leaps, and bridge kickovers with coaches who meet them where they are. It’s a great fit for kids who want to move with more control, build strength and coordination, and feel proud of the progress they’re making every week. Classes are open to all genders and led by USAG-certified coaches in an all-bodies-welcome environment. Beginner = fewer than 3 full Tigers sessions.
