About This Activity
This 60-minute intermediate class is for gymnasts who’ve completed at least three full Tigers sessions and are ready for a bit more challenge. With a focus on cleaner technique and stronger body control, kids revisit core skills like handstands, cartwheels, and pullovers — but with advanced drills and thoughtful feedback that help them grow. We keep it fun, supportive, and individualized. Gymnasts explore more detailed form, build strength and flexibility, and learn how to fine-tune the skills they already love. Tigers Plus classes are open to all genders and led by USAG-certified coaches in an all-bodies-welcome environment that values growth over perfection. Tigers Plus prerequisite = completion of at least three consecutive Tigers sessions
