About This Activity
In this 60-minute class, kids explore tougher skills, build serious technique, and feel what it’s like to really own their movement. From front and back walkovers to one-handed cartwheels, connected bar skills, and choreography on beam, we keep things fun while focusing on form, control, and progress. It’s all about that sweet spot where challenge meets joy. Classes are open to all genders and led by USAG-certified coaches in an all-bodies-welcome environment. Tigers Plus prerequisite = Gymnasts who’ve completed three consecutive Tigers sessions
