About This Activity
Designed for students who have taken at least one year of culinary training at the high school level, the Advanced Baking and Pastry track focuses on strengthening baking and pastry skills and fine-tuning individual cooking techniques. Minimum age accepted: Rising Sophomore Students interested in participating in Advanced Baking and Pastry Camp should fill out the application form no later than April 1, 2023
