The Polliwog class is designed for children ages 3-5 and serves as an introduction to the water in a fun, supportive group setting. This class focuses on building foundational swimming skills, such as floating, kicking, and basic strokes, while also introducing essential water safety and survival techniques. Through playful activities and structured lessons, children will gain confidence and develop the skills needed for future swimming success.
Participants must wear appropriate swimwear and water-appropriate diapers. Participants must bring their own towels.
