About This Activity
Calling all Swifties! Use the basics of acting for musical theater (body, voice, and imagination) to learn songs, develop confidence, and work as an ensemble. Gain vocal skills, learn light choreography, and expand your knowledge of musical theater through exploration of Taylor’s songs. In this process based program, students will: build acting, performance, & theater skills, participate in a collaborative process, gain confidence, empathy, & a sense of community, practice communication, flexibility, focus, & perseverance, take risks in a supportive environment, & learn from mistakes. We welcome students of all experience and ability levels to register, though this program is tailored for students who are beginners or have some musical theater experience. CAP: 15.
