About This Activity
In Page to Stage, students will use stories and their actor tools of body, voice, and imagination to learn about the basics of acting. By engaging with a variety of existing stories based on a theme, students will practice bringing characters, setting, and plot to life while working as a team. Each class will include activities and games to build their acting skills, as well as time to create, learn, and rehearse material for a final sharing on the last day of class. CAP: 12.
