About This Activity
The Pigeon, Elephant and Piggie, and more! In Page to Stage, students will use stories and their actor tools of body, voice, and imagination to learn about the basics of acting. By engaging with a variety of existing stories based on a theme, students will practice bringing characters, setting, and plot to life while working as a team. Each class will include activities and games to build their acting skills, as well as time to create, learn, and rehearse material for a final sharing on the last day of class.We welcome students of all experience and ability levels to register, though this program is tailored for beginners.
