About This Activity
Description
Helping little ones feel safe and comfortable in the water starts early, and our StarBaby and StarTots classes are all about building that foundation. With gentle guidance from our certified Starfish Aquatics Institute instructors, parents and children explore the water together in a fun, nurturing environment. These classes focus on comfort, safety, and bonding, using playful activities to introduce important water skills in age‑appropriate ways. Our small class sizes ensure that every family receives patient, personalized support. Whether your child is splashing with excitement or needs a little extra reassurance, we’re here to help them grow at their own pace. Let’s give your little one a confident start in the water, one joyful splash at a time!
Parent participation is MANDATORY. Parents and caregivers play a vital role in supporting their child through guided movements, comfort techniques, and playful water exploration. Your involvement not only helps your child feel safe but also strengthens the bond and trust that make early water experiences positive and successful. Skills are introduced step by step, giving little one's time to become familiar with each new sensation or motion before moving on. This gradual approach helps build comfort, confidence, and enjoyment for both the child and the parent working together in the water.
