About This Activity
Our Junior Performance Program provides our athletes an opportunity to become better tennis players in a competitive, challenging and fun environment. This class is for higher level players currently compeating in tournaments, high school league and/or junior tennis teams. We will teach players quality serves, reinforcement of offensive/defensive stroke patterns and playing styles; and develop student use of depth, spin, speed and height. Tactically, we will improve players singles and doubles situational awareness (serve, return, baseline and net) and emphasize the importance of accuracy and consistency. Class Dates: Monday - 4/8, 4/15, 4/22, 4/29, 5/6, 5/13, 5/20, 5/27, 6/3, (6/10 MAKE UP) Saturday - 4/6, 4/13, 4/20, 4/27, 5/4, 5/11, 5/18, 5/25, 6/1, (6/8 MAKE UP) Class consolidations will occur the week of March 25th.
