It is easy for children to feel overwhelmed in today’s fast-paced and highly stimulating environment. Let Warrior Kids Yoga slow things down and bring balance back to their afternoons. Through breathing exercises, traditional posture practice and games Warrior Yogi students will experience the joy and calm that comes from aligning breath, mind and body all while connecting with each other in our yoga community. Our afternoons will be filled with mindfulness, Social Emotional Learning (SEL) games and group activities designed for the new and experienced yogi. Our sessions will help little yogis increase flexibility and strength, develop coordination, cope with stress, cultivate confidence and their inner strength both on and off the mat. All materials including mats are provided. Please note that mats provided for class are shared and sanitized between sessions with an alcohol-based sanitizer. Individual mats can be brought from home or purchased from Warrior Kids Yoga. For questions regarding specific details, please contact the Activity Advisor.
