Supervisor: All In Theater/Katie Fogarty SPONSORED BY KEVIN NOONAN MEMORIAL FUND At this inclusive camp for students of all abilities, students create their own original show! During the week students work with the help of teachers to create an original musical. The students will help to write the script, create original characters, and choreograph the dances! Your student will learn how to express themselves in fun and creative ways. They will get to try new things and build fine motor skills through hands-on activities. As they practice and improve, they will grow more confident in themselves. Your student will also make new friends, improve social skills, and learn how to work together as a team. By the end of camp, each student will have a special and unique role to play in a show that the group worked together to create. The day will begin with a 20-minute opening circle and warm-ups to get everyone ready. Then, students will split into age groups (7–11 and 12 and up) to work on choreography, acting, and singing for 45 minutes. After a 10-minute break, they will return to their age groups for another 45 minutes of practice. Later, the full camp will come together for 60 minutes to help create the show by working on choreography, acting, and singing as one team. The show will be organized so each age group performs its own song and scene, and then everyone joins together for a final song and scene as a whole group.
