This is to provide all students with opportunities related to auditions. CV, are you ready to “Get’cha head in the game?” That’s right, the Cumberland Valley Eagle Foundation is excited to announce their production of High School Musical JR as their fifth annual musical summer camp. Please read the entire description in the packet on the website for all information. The camp begins on July 15, with rehearsals Monday through Friday, from 8:30am - 4:30pm. Rehearsal dates are as follows: 7/15, 7/16, 7/17, 7/18, 7/19, 7/22, 7/23, 7/24, 7/25, and 7/26. Please ensure that students are able to attend all rehearsals in order to have a successful show. Students will need to pack and bring lunch each day. Our musical camp is a fun filled, busy, and intense two weeks of rehearsal. In addition to attending and being engaged in rehearsal every day, students should be prepared to work on their parts outside of rehearsal, and to work on songs, dialogue, and choreography before the camp starts. All students need to attend all rehearsals, meetings, and performances. All rehearsals and performances will be held at Mountain View Middle School. We will have 2 performances on July 26 at 3:00pm and 6:30pm. Please note that on Friday, July 26 students will stay from 8:30am through the end of the second performance and cleanup (most likely around 8:30pm). Dinner will be provided for students on this day. During camp, students will focus on honing various theatrical skills including musical, dramatic, movement, artistic, and technical skills that will be utilized in their onstage performance. While major costume pieces will be provided, students will be responsible for bringing base layers and shoes.
