In Stage 3, students learn how to swim to safety from a longer distance and also introduces rhythmic breathing and integrated arm and leg action. Students must be able to swim without a flotation device with their faces in the water.Students in Stage 4 develop stroke technique in front crawl and backstroke and learn the breaststroke and butterfly kicks. Water safety is reinforced through treading water and elementary backstroke. Swimmers must be able to swim without a flotation device and put their faces in the water.
Please bring swimsuit, goggles and towel for your child.
