About This Activity
Description
We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Saturday, October 28, 2023.
This FREE one-day, three-hour class aims to educate and introduce students in grades 3-5 with varying skill levels to the basics of robotic programming using the LEGO™ EV3 system. Students will learn robotics by doing simple missions to navigate a field that involves pushing, lifting, and driving. By completing each mission, students will gain experience in many robotics concepts. The young instructors (ages 13-16) are members of the newly formed Electric Wolves Foundation (EWF) of Mill Creek. They are experienced in robotics and looking to hone their teaching skills during this introductory course. EWF members will teach this and future paid classes with their advisor, Adam Melendez.
