About This Activity
Description
Kendo, "The Way of the Sword," is rooted in the sword techniques of the ancient Japanese warrior "Samurai." This martial art conditions the body and spirit through exhilarating and demanding exercises. The beginner class focuses on the basics and understanding the characteristics of Kendo.
