The Morro Bay Junior Guard Beach program is designed to increase the participant's appreciation and understanding of the recreational opportunities and hazards associated with the ocean environment. Participants will receive education and hands-on experience in ocean safety, environmental awareness, first-aid, rescue techniques, surfing and paddle boarding, beach activities, physical fitness and marine safety operations. An end of the season party is also included. All instructors and aides are experienced USLA certified beach lifeguards as well as Title 22 First Aid and CPR for the professional rescuer.***This program has a $100 fee for refunds, credit on account or transfers***
This Activity requires you complete a Minor Activity Release Agreement. You can go to our website and download the forms or pick up them in our office. The form must be completed and turned in prior to your child's participation.
