About This Activity
Description
School-age swimmers in stage 5, Stroke Development, will work on stroke technique and learn all major competitive strokes. The emphasis on water safety continues through treading water and sidestroke.In stage 6, Stroke Mechanics, school-age swimmers will refine stroke technique on all major competitive strokes, learn about competitive swimming, and discover how to incorporate swimming into a healthy lifestyle.
Please bring a swimsuit and towel for your child.
There is NO CLASS NOVEMBER 26TH DUE TO THE OBSERVANCE OF THANKSGIVING.
