About This Activity
Please select a time slot for your assessment and come to the Mountain House High School pool during your window to be assessed for the Sailfish swim team. Assessment Criteria: swimmers should have knowledge of all four strokes and complete each stroke, unassisted, for 25 yards at minimum. Swimmers are assessed based on stroke technique, endurance, and water comfort. Results of the assessment will be emailed.
