Description
Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department is offering American Red Cross Swimming Lessons. Levels are skill based in a logical progression. As skills are developed the participants become safer and better swimmers. To enroll in Swim Lessons, the participant must have successfully completed or be able to perform the skills of the preceding course. Skills will be checked on the first day of class and participants may be shifted to another class based on their skill level. Children must be 6 years of age to participate in swim lessons. All classes will be held at the Muscatine Aquatic Center.
All classes are held Monday through Thursday. Fridays will be used as makeup days if necessary. If weather does not permit swimming on multiple days, we may use those class times for out of water safety activities.
