Muscle Mania 2.0 is the camp for boys and girls to stay active during the spring season. We'll focus on agility and bodyweight exercises presented in a fun and game style setting. Sessions will always end with a fun activity (kickball, football, soccer, etc.). It will be a combination of outdoor activities and indoor offerings during the colder sessions. It will be a fun opportunity to engage with their peers and build confidence around exercise and athletics.
