About This Activity
Join Mr. Ballow and Mr. Erickson for FIRST LEGO League Challenge Camp this year! This exciting robotics program will be open to 3rd through 5th grade students and is designed to inspire creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork among young minds. This year will be packed with engaging activities where kids will build, program, and explore using LEGO Spike Prime robotics kits, all while having a blast with their friends. The coaches are excited to guide participants through hands-on projects and introduce them to the fundamentals of STEM in a fun and interactive way. LEGO robotics is intended to be a year long camp and will meet every Tuesday after school. Participants need to sign up each trimester, but priority will be given to returning students. Participating in all three trimesters is encouraged, but not required. Though we will not be participating in the official FIRST LEGO League Challenge competition this year, we will end the year with a celebration for anyone who participated in the camp during the year.
