Strength and Conditioning camp is for boys and girls, rising grades 5 through 9. Participants will be learning and developing proper techniques for strength training, as well as building stamina, sports conditioning, general fitness, speed and agility, power and flexibility. Young athletes of all sports will benefit from this training camp. Coach Sammy Cribb is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists with many years of experience coaching athletes of all ages, abilities and goals. Coach Cribb coaches Harding's football and wrestling teams, as well as provides strength & conditioning as an elective throughout the year.
