About This Activity
Description
This program is led by Waupaca County Master Gardeners. Children's Garden is a living, learning opportunity to gain awareness and sensitivity to nature. Children learn how plants grow by growing their own garden! Each child is given a 3x3 garden plot. We will be using the square foot gardening method and children have the option to grow vegetables, flowers or both! We will learn how to use our produce in the making of healthy snacks. There will also be garden related crafts, stories and activities.
