This program will offer students the opportunity to learn the foundation of dance while having fun! Each class students will do a stretch and warm up where they will learn about different muscle groups and why it is important to take care of our bodies. Next, we will explore various across the floor exercises including turns, jumps, technical jazz steps,as well as improvisation. Students will have the opportunity to work on several different dance numbers through the semester that will be recorded and send out for everyone to enjoy!
