About This Activity
1 Thursday, July 9, 1:00 - 2:30 pm Create Your Own Paste Papers Taught by Karen Yarnall, 16+ You will create textured papers using acrylic paints, wallpaper paste and tools that will make the designs on the surfaces of the papers. These papers can be used in a variety of ways including as book covers and end pages, cards, jewelry, etc. No experience necessary. It should be fun! Don't wear your favorite clothes just in case since we will be working with paint. The Newark Arts Alliance will retain a $5 cancellation fee if a student withdraws from a class. Karen earned BA Franklin College, IN, MAE (Masters of Art Education) Herron School of Art and Design, IUPUI. She is a retired Newark High School art teacher, artist, and illustrator of children's books
