Be aware, scheduling is tentative and may be updated, modified or cancelled based on instructor availability.Level 3 consists of a lot of new skills and novice swimming fundamentals that will take time for swimmers to master. The objective of this level is for the swimmer to progress and apply long-axis fundamentals mastered in Level 2 to stroke technique and stroke drills as applied to front crawl and backstroke. Swimmers will also be introduced to short axis body movements, breaststroke and dolphin kicks, and stroke basics for breaststroke and butterfly.
By the completion of Level 3 your swimmer will have the correct head and body position while in the water for freestyle & backstroke as well as have side breathing mastered with breaststroke and butterfly stroke fundamentals introduced.
Be aware, scheduling is tentative and may be updated, modified or cancelled based on instructor availability. Class takes place in 3.5 feet of water. Classes cancelled by management will be credited to your CPRD ActiveNet account unless otherwise specified. Classes missed due to illness, vacation, etc. do not qualify for credit/refund. Participant withdrawal is required at least 24 hours prior to the first class to receive full credit; a $25.00 admin fee will be levied for late withdrawals.
