Level 4/5: Ages 6 – 14 years. This class is a blend of two levels. Course prerequisites include: 25 yards of both front crawl (with side breathing) and backstroke, 25 yards of elementary backstroke, and treading water (or floating) for 30 seconds. Students will continue to work on front crawl and backstroke. Two new strokes will be introduced: breaststroke and butterfly. Level 5 introduces flip turns; surface dives and swimmers will become more proficient in the five strokes traveling greater distances. One new stroke may be introduced, side stroke.
Class takes place in 3.5 feet of water.

Classes cancelled by management will be credited to your CPRD ActiveNet account unless otherwise specified. Classes missed due to illness, vacation, etc. do not qualify for credit/refund. Participant withdrawal is required at least 24 hours prior to the first class to receive full credit; a $25.00 admin fee will be levied for late withdrawals.
