Marlins is an intermediate group designed for swimmers ages 7-10 who are comfortable swimming multiple lengths independently and are ready for a more structured team practice environment. Marlins focuses on helping swimmers transition from foundational stroke development to stronger technique, endurance, and early competitive swimming skills. Marlins swimmers work toward refining freestyle and backstroke technique, developing the foundational components of breaststroke and butterfly, building endurance, and learning complementary technical skills.
