Requirements: Students must be comfortable putting face in water while exhaling. Familiarity with floating and kicking required. Recommended ages 3-6.
Outcomes:Teaching focuses on safety skills, supported front and back floating, supported proper kicking on front and back, beginner front crawl and backstroke arm movements, and full-face submersion with underwater exhalation.
