Requirements:Students in this level are expected to have comfort in the water with ability to float on stomach and back. Prior lesson experience helpful.
Outcomes:Teaching continues to build skills in unsupported floating with proper kicking, streamline gliding, rhythmic breathing, and basic front crawl and backstroke mechanics.No makeups or credits for missed lessons.
