LEVEL IIIRequirements:Students must be independent swimmers who do not need assistance of an instructor for a minimum of 10 yards using competent front crawl with proper kicking. Recommended ages 5-11.
Outcomes:Teaching will improve your child’s front crawl and backstroke mechanics and efficiency, front and back glides, rhythmic breathing, water-treading skills, and includes an introduction to unassisted deep-water work, whip kicking and diving. Students will be prepared for 25 yards of continuous swimming front crawl and backstroke.No makeups or credits for missed lessons.
