LEVEL IVRequirements:Students must be able to competently swim one length (25 yards) of the lap pool using a proper front crawl stroke while also demonstrating strong backstroke mechanics.
Outcomes:Teaching reinforces correct front crawl and backstroke techniques while beginning to focus on swimming endurance. Instructors will also introduce breaststroke, as well as a focus on intermediate survival skills, diving, and deep-water safety.No makeups or credits for missed lessons.
