Swim Forward (ages 11-14)Perfect for older beginners, this class introduces swimmers ages 11–14 to the fundamentals of swimming in a supportive and encouraging environment. Participants will develop water awareness, practice basic swimming techniques, and build the skills needed to swim safely and confidently. Instruction focuses on personal progress, comfort in the water, and learning at an age-appropriate pace.
