COED Youth Basketball is back for the Fall 2025 season for ages 6-14! Families can choose to play at either the Junior Seau Beach Community Center or the Melba Bishop Recreation Center, with one-hour practices held weekly on Tuesdays or Thursdays. Games will take place at Melba Bishop Recreation Center, and teams will be formed based on age groups.
We’re thrilled to return for our second year in partnership with the Jr. Clippers! All players will receive a brand-new, co-branded uniform—a fun and stylish way to show off their team spirit. This collaboration brings amazing benefits, including exclusive events and activities for both players and coaches.
On top of that, our partnership with Frontwave Arena opens the door to unique experiences like youth nights, pre-game festivities, and more. Get ready for a season full of fun, teamwork, and unforgettable memories
Season will run September 30 - December 13, 2025. First practice on either September 30 or October 10. Day and time will be chosen by the coach. First game is on October 11, 2025.
NO PRACTICES OR GAMES Thanksgiving Week (November 24 through November 29).
There is a mandatory assessment on September 23 and September 25. at Melba Bishop (FOR ALL PLAYERS). We will reach out with what day and time your player is scheduled for after Registration.
Junior Seau:
- Practices on Tuesdays or Thursdays will be one hour long between the hours of 6 - 8pm.
- Practices on Tuesdays or Thursdays will be one hour long between the hours of 5 - 8pm.
- All games will be held on Saturdays between the hours of 8am and 4pm.
