Description
Sea Stars is for those children who have successfully demonstrated Exit Skills from either Jellyfish, Sea Horse or the Sea Otter Pups/Parent & Tot levels.
Skills taught include: Review of Jellyfish skills; Front crawl with rhythmic side breathing; Intro to back crawl; Intro to dolphin kick; Intro to elementary back stroke kick; Kneeling dive from pool deck; Safety Skills
