About This Activity
Description
Spring Synchronized Swimming is a program geared towards the improvement and introduction of artistic swimming skills. Participants will learn how to properly tread water, execute artistic swim moves, and synchronize themselves to music/other individuals. Participants are recommended to come to practice with goggles, their hair pulled back out of their face, and ready to have fun! This is a great way to prepare for our Summer Synchronized Swim Program that has a final performance for the city!
Participants must take a swim test before registration. Swim test includes a 50 yard crawl, 25 yard backstroke and treading water for 2 minutes.
This course will take place at both Brooks Street and Wagner Aquatic center. Tuesday/Thursday at Brooks Street and Saturdays at Wagner. This course will take place at both Brooks Street and Wagner Aquatic center. Tuesday/Thursday at Brooks Street and Saturdays at Wagner.
