Get ready to take your game to the next level! Our 6-week Middle School Sports Performance Clinic is designed for 5th-8th grade athletes who want to get faster, stronger, and more confident on the field or court. Athletes will: Improve speed, agility, and first-step quickness, build foundational strength and movement skills, and develop confidence, discipline, and the work habits that set champions apart Training will be led by OLu Sports Performance Coaches with college-level strength and conditioning experience at Hawaii, Nevada, Notre Dame, Pepperdine, Fresno State, and Oregon. While the environment is fun and encouraging, every drill, exercise, and session is designed to help young athletes build a foundation for long-term success in high school athletics — and beyond. You may choose to attend 1 day a week or 2. Space is limited to keep coaching personalized. Whether your athlete is looking to sharpen their skills, get stronger, or just enjoy training in a supportive team environment, this camp is the perfect step toward reaching their full potential.
