This program provides expert coaching tailored to participants' age and skill level, with the unique opportunity to train alongside high school athletes in our concurrent High School Strength and Conditioning Camp (Freshmen). This integration creates a supportive Christian environment where younger athletes can learn from their older peers, set ambitious goals, and work together to achieve them. Our camp focuses on mastering proper lifting and running techniques, building strength and explosiveness, and fostering healthy habits.
