Learn skills necessary to be a lifeguard! This is a blended learning course which combines online learning with in-person skills sessions where you will practice and demonstrate competency. All eLearning modules will be sent to all participants by Monday, November 9th and must be completed by November 21 at 8am. You will not be allowed to take the in-water class unless all online modules are completed. In-person skills sessions will be held Saturday Nov 21, Sunday Nov 22 and Saturday Nov 28th 8:00am 6:30pm. Mandatory attendance at all meetings to receive certification! Upon successful completion of this class participants will receive:
- American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
- American Red Cross First Aid Certification
- CPR/AED for the professional Rescuer Certification
