Key Skills Covered:
Surface Dive & Object Retrieval - Master the skill of diving to the bottom of the pool (7-10 feet deep) to retrieve an object, then safely return to the surface.
500-Yard Continuous Swim - Swim a total of 500 yards using any three strokes of your choice, with each stroke type covering at least 50 yards.
Swimming Turns - Learn to execute smooth, efficient turns while swimming, including flip turns and open turns.
Target Heart Rate Calculation - Learn how to calculate your target heart rate based on your age and fitness level.
