Keep in mind a refundable $50 volunteer fee is included in registration and will be refunded when the required 4 hours of volunteer time has been completed. The 4-hours of volunteer time can be fulfilled by completing assignments of field maintenance, cleaning grounds/building, emptying trash receptacles, being an assistant coach for the whole season (if head coach needs one), etc. Head coaches will be refunded this fee once identified.
13-17 boys league reinforces the advanced fundamentals of baseball consistent with high school league rules for this age group. The league focus is live pitching, game strategy, base stealing, base running, fielding, bunting, and teamwork.
This league uses wood bats only – no composite wood, metal, or bamboo bats permitted.
The teams play on Saturday and/or Sunday late afternoons at 5-5:30 p.m. located at Von Colln fields, 2300 Pennsylvania Ave, 19130.
Anyone interested in coaching or assisting as coaches for this league may indicate this during the registration process. Head coaches are exempt from the volunteer fee and will receive a $50 refund.
League Evaluations are March 21st-22nd, at Von Colln field(s) located at 2300 Pennsylvania Ave. 19130.
