About This Activity
Campers have the opportunity to combine yoga, mindfulness, music and games. Through movement, children will work on coordination, balance, flexibility, and strength. This camp helps children discover their creativity, uniqueness, and strengths while connecting their mind and body without competition. Rising Stars is an empowerment program where children grow in confidence as they remain active through sports and movement. They are on a mission to stay active, happy, and healthy.
