About This Activity
Ready to stretch yourself as an actor? Lights, camera, action! Led by Susannah Duncan, students will prepare, study, and practice a play step by step throughout the summer program. Together campers will become more comfortable on stage, build confidence, and take some chances, all while supporting each other. There will be a final performance at the end of the week, where campers can showcase their skills for the other camps. Summer Stage will help budding actors delight the audience and take a professional bow. Susannah is a beloved ASEP teacher and lifelong lover of theater, whose acting experience ranges from Shakespeare to musicals. In ASEP, Susannah has written and directed six plays (and counting) with students. She enjoys using acting to help students stretch their imagination and grow their confidence. Please note: All levels are welcome, including players from other schools.
