About This Activity
For confident walkers to 3 years old: Come with your child to experience a taste of the magic that happens in a Waldorf Early Childhood classroom. Participate in the important practice of quiet child observation while the children enjoy free play with natural toys with flexible, open-ended uses which encourage imaginative play. Together we’ll engage in circle time incorporating seasonal poems and songs. For some, the highlight is snack time when the children help set the table to prepare for their warm, nourishing oatmeal which they enjoy by the light of a candle. Children and caregivers alike will benefit from the connections made in this inclusive and supportive environment. Bring your parenting questions, share your wisdom and sip some tea as you relax into the calm quiet of our warm and inviting classroom.
