About This Activity
Can you hear that? It’s the sound of TPS students celebrating this year’s all-school theme, Sounds of Our City. Today, we’ll take a deep dive into the sense of sound. We’ll invent our own instruments using everyday objects, experiment with audio recordings, and make music with our bodies. At the end of the day, students will lift their voices in a karaoke party. Come be a part of our symphony! Programs run from 9:00am - 3:00pm, with drop-off available between 8:00 - 9:00am and prompt pick-up between 3:00 - 4:00pm. Drop-off & pick-up will take place at the front desk of the Lombard campus. There is a scheduled snack break and lunch time for all students. Each student must bring a packed lunch (with a drink) from home.
